The plan to disband the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) which has changed to the BUMN Regulatory Agency (BP) is still waiting for official approval from President Prabowo Subianto.
Secretary of BP BUMN, Rabin Indrajad Hattari said that this institutional transformation requires the issuance of a Presidential Regulation (Perpres) related to the Organizational and Work Procedureal Structure (SOTK) as the legal basis for its implementation.
