List Of 9 New National Strategic Projects, There Are MBG, People's Schools To The Revitalization Of Tambak Pantura

JAKARTA - The government has officially designated nine new National Strategic Projects (PSN). The new PSN is included in the program category or called the National Strategic Program.

This is stated in the Regulation of the Coordinating Minister for the Economy Number 16 of 2025 concerning the Eighth Amendment to the Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Number 7 of 2021 concerning National Strategic Projects, which was signed by the Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Airlangga Hartarto on September 24, 2025.

The new regulation changed the PSN list listed in the attachment to the Permenko for Economic Affairs Number 12 of 2024 concerning the Sixth Amendment to the Permenko for Economic Affairs Number 7 of 2021 concerning National Strategic Projects.

In the Permenko for Economic Affairs 16/2025, the government has determined 226 PSN and 25 National Strategic Programs.

From this data, three PSNs previously listed in the Permenko for Economic Affairs 12/2024 were deleted.

However, there are an additional nine National Strategic Programs that are included in the new PSN list.

Among other things, the Free Nutrition Food Program (MBG); People's School Program; Red and White Village Cooperative Program; Education Digitization Program; and Poverty Reduction Program.

Then, there is the Integrated Waste Management Program; the Merauke, Mappi, Asmat and Boven Digoel National Food Production Center (KSPP) Program in the form of Sawah Printing, Palm Oil Development and Livestock Development as well as other supporting facilities); Tambak Pantura Revitalization Program in Bekasi Regency, Karawang Regency, Subang Regency and Indramayu Regency; as well as the Integrated Shrimp Cultivation Development Program (Integrated Shrimp Farming) in East Sumba Regency.

The construction of 3 million houses is included in 29 new PSN. The location is national, with the Ministry of PKP as the supervisor of the program.

However, in the regulation, it is written that the PSN list is an indicative list that can be changed or added based on the evaluation of the PSN-PSN that has been previously determined and queryed over and based on an assessment of new projects that meet the criteria according to applicable regulations.

The preparation and determination of PSN, including new projects and carry-over on the list above, is carried out through the Government Work Plan (RKP) mechanism.

The PSN list, both new projects and carry-over, is set annually in accordance with the framework for implementing development priorities and project readiness, including the availability of funding and based on the approval of the Head of State.
