JAKARTA - Commemorating National Customer Day (HPN) 2025, PT PLN (Persero) gives appreciation to its loyal customers through a special program entitled Kado Listrik Berhagia (KALCER). This program presents a 50% electricity added discount promo which is valid from 4 to 17 September 2025.

This promo can be enjoyed by all low-voltage customers in all tariff groups with an initial power of 450 volt ampere (VA) to 5,500 VA, who want to increase power to 7,700 VA. With the provisions, it has become a PLN customer before September 1, 2024.

PLN's Director of Retail and Commerce, Adi Priyanto, said this program is a tangible form of PLN's commitment to providing the best service and providing easy access to electricity for customers. This is also in line with the theme HPN 2025 PLN, namely GREAT Crossing of Friendly Energy.

"Through this year's customer day, we reiterated PLN's commitment to always provide quality services to maintain customer satisfaction. We present the KALCER program so that customers can meet electricity needs at a lighter cost," Adi said in a written statement, Thursday, September 4.

As an illustration, customers with a power of 450 VA who want to increase their power to 7,700 VA only need to pay IDR 3,512,625, from a normal rate of IDR 7,025,250.

Adi explained that the application for additional power for the KALCER program was carried out completely digitally through PLN Mobile. For prepaid customers, it is enough to make at least one token purchase transaction, while postpaid customers pay the electricity bill. After the transaction is successful, customers will receive an added power discount e-voucher through the Reward feature at PLN Mobile or registered email.

Furthermore, customers simply enter the e-voucher code when submitting an additional power application in the PLN Mobile application. After the payment is verified, the local PLN unit will immediately process the application according to applicable regulations.

Each PLN Mobile account gets a maximum of four additional power e-vouchers during the promo period in order to provide equal opportunities for all customers.

"The process of connecting power is easy and fast, with practical and fully digital submissions through the PLN Mobile application. We hope that the public can make the best use of this program to meet electricity needs before the promo ends," concluded Adi.
