JAKARTA - Minister of Manpower (Menaker) Yassierli said that human resource training (HR) based on Pancasila Industrial Relations (HIP) aims to produce competent cadres or individuals.
"The main goal of this training is to produce cadres who are competent in understanding and implementing HIP principles in the company," said Minister of Manpower Yassierli, quoted by ANTARA, Wednesday, September 3.
In addition to printing superior cadres, Yassierli said this effort was also to strengthen harmonious work relationships, with a focus on Pancasila values, family principles, mutual cooperation, and deliberation.
He said the HIP training was also expected to bridge communication between workers, employers and the government, as well as encourage healthy social dialogue to increase productivity and mutual welfare.
Meanwhile, Yassierli said, this is also in line with the National Productivity Movement (GPN) initiated by the Ministry of Manpower, as the key to achieving economic progress and the economic welfare of the community.
"Strained cadres can understand the principles, principles and values of Pancasila, will be the spearhead in creating productive work relationships," he said.
In this training, he explained, participants will study and discuss various aspects of industrial relations including conflict management, creating social dialogue, more effective negotiations, and strengthening work positions in a sustainable framework.
"I hope HIP training participants are able to absorb Pancasila-based industrial values, master social dialogue skills, and have the ability to initiate productivity programs in their respective work environments," he said.

“Peserta pelatihan kader angkatan empat dan lima dalam rangka GPN diikuti 200 orang. Terdiri atas 40 orang unsur pemerintah; 80 orang unsur pengusaha; dan unsur serikat pekerja/serikat buruh 80 orang,“ kata Putri.
