Empty Fuel Stock, Shell Indonesia Coordinates With The Ministry Of Energy And Mineral Resources

JAKARTA - The provider of services for the private Public Fuel Filling Station (SPBU), Shell Indonesia has again experienced a shortage of fuel oil (BBM) for the last few days.

President Director & Managing Director of Mobility, Shell Indonesia, Inggrid Siburian confirmed that Shell Super, Shell V-Power, and Shell V-Power Nitro+ fuel products are not available on several networks of Shell Fuel Filling Stations or gas stations until an uncertain time.

"SPBU Shell continues to serve customers with Shell V-Power Diesel fuel products and other services; including Shell Select, Shell Recharge, workshop, and lubricant Shell," Inggrid told VOI, Wednesday, August 27.

However, he ensured that Shell Indonesia would continue to strive to ensure the smooth distribution and provision of fuel products in the Shell gas station network.

Untuk mengatasi kekosongan pasokan BBM, Inggrid mengaku terus mengoordinasikan dengan Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM) Republik Indonesia untuk memastikan ketersediaan produk BBM di jaringan SPBU Shell.

"Kami mohon maaf atas ketidaknyamanan yang terjadi," ujarnya singkat.

To overcome the fuel supply shortage, Inggrid admitted that he continues to coordinate with the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) of the Republic of Indonesia to ensure the availability of fuel products in the Shell gas station network.

"We apologize for the inconvenience," he said briefly.
