JAKARTA - PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk or BNI together with PT Sarana Multigriya Finansial (Persero) or SMF strengthen synergies through the integration of SNAP One Gate Payment (OGP)-based digital payment services.
SEVP Wholesale Solution & Value Chain BNI Pancaran Affendi said this collaboration aims to support the Three Million Houses Program launched by the government by prioritizing efficiency and security in the national housing financing system.
Pancaran explained that this collaboration is a form of BNI's commitment to support SMF in carrying out its mandate to realize access and affordability to housing.
"The SNAP OGP API service is expected to provide easy transactions for SMF as a Special Mission Vehicle (SMV) that builds and develops the Housing Securities Financing Market," explained Pancaran, Thursday, August 7.
He added that the BNI SNAP OGP API service is an integrated solution (one stop solution) for cash management which allows corporate customers to access various services directly, such as balance information, account information, transfer of books, and transaction status.
All of these features are currently in accordance with the National Open API Payment (SNAP) Standard set by Bank Indonesia (BI), and are reinforced by cutting-edge security technologies such as end-to-end encryption, layered authentication, and real-time transaction monitoring.

Pancaran further added that this collaboration not only supports SMF operations, but is part of BNI's contribution in supporting the provision of livable and affordable houses for the community.
This collaboration is also a continuation of the synergy between BNI and SMF, following the distribution of credit facilities of IDR 1.45 trillion in May 2025. "This initiative is in line with the government's program to realize the construction of three million houses," he said.
Meanwhile, SMF Finance & Risk Management Director Bonai Subiakto welcomed this collaboration and emphasized SMF's commitment to continue to strengthen the national housing financing ecosystem.
"With synergy with BNI, we hope that the reach of financial services can be wider, more transparent, and accurate, and be able to create a safe and reliable digital ecosystem, especially in supporting the national housing financing program in a sustainable manner. This collaboration is believed to have a positive impact on improving services and productivity," said Bonai.
