Construction Of The Complete Core Area, Delivery Of Non-Security Goods To IKN Drops To 40 Percent

JAKARTA - PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) through its grandson, PT Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok (PTP) Nonpetikemas noted that shipments of non-suspensive goods to the State Capital (IKN) decreased by 40 percent.

President Director of PTP Non-Census Indra Hidayat Sani revealed that the decline in goods shipments is estimated to have occurred since a year ago.

Indra said the decline in shipments occurred because the construction in the Central Government Core Area (KIPP) which includes a number of national government buildings, such as the Presidential Palace, had been completed.

"For now, because we both know that the main development has been completed. So that's while what is needed there is largely there. (The decline) is up to 40 percent now, 40 percent compared to last year," said Indra at Tanjung Priok Port, Jakarta, Friday, August 1.

Even so, Indra ensured that the delivery of non-packaging goods, including heavy equipment, had decreased, not because the IKN construction was stopped.

However, because the majority of the heavy equipment needed for further development is available there.

"So now it's a bit lower, it's not because the IKN is finished, yes, but yes, because the heavy equipment needed is already there," said Indra.

Indra bilang, meskipun pengiriman barang nonpetikemas menurun ke IKN, tetapi masih ada pembangunan yang dilakukan di daerah lain.

Sehingga PTP Nonpetikemas banyak melayani pengiriman ke Indonesia bagian timur.

Barang-barang yang dikirim umumnya excavator, bulldozer juga loader.

“Pembangunan di Indonesia kan bukan cuma di IKN, jadi di zamannya Pak Presiden Prabowo sendiri juga pembangunan itu sudah semakin banyak merata kan ke Indonesia Timur, baik itu Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Maluku sampai ke Papua. Jadi contohnya alat-alat berat seperti ini sekian ratus kali bongkar kan memang sudah ada tujuan yang kemana akan dikirimkan,” jelasnya.

Indra said, although shipments of non-sustainable goods decreased to IKN, there were still developments carried out in other areas.

So that PTP Nonpetikes serves many shipments to eastern Indonesia.

The goods sent are generally excavators, bulldozers are also loaders.

"Development in Indonesia is not only in IKN, so in the era of Mr. President Prabowo himself, the development has also become more and more evenly distributed to Eastern Indonesia, be it Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Maluku to Papua. So for example, heavy equipment like this has been dismantled hundreds of times, there are goals to be sent, "he explained.
