Lucy In The Sky Officially Listed On The IDX At 9 In The Morning, What Did Wulan Guritno Say?

JAKARTA - PT Lima Dua Lima Tiga Tbk will list its shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange through an initial public offering (IPO) on Wednesday, May 5, at 09.00 western Indonesia time.

Wulan Guritno, as one of the Commissioners at Lima Dua Lima Tiga, has uploaded the agenda for this first listing on her Instagram Story.

The owner and manager of the nightlife Lucy in the Sky will sell 337.50 million shares of common stock in the name. This portion represents the equivalent of 32.61 percent of the issued and fully paid-up capital after the initial public offering of shares.

The offering price is set at IDR 100 per share so that the company will get fresh funds in this corporate action worth IDR 33.75 billion. The issuer, which will use the LUCY ticker code, appoints PT Indo Capital Sekuritas as the underwriter.

Lucy in the Sky plans to use all the funds raised in the IPO to open 7 new outlets with the latest concepts. Wulan Guritno explained that the outlet will be designed to have a refreshingly open and semi-open space.

Lucy in the Sky - Rooftop Garden, said Wulan, will provide open and semi-open seating in a tropical bohemian atmosphere that is sure to bring a relaxed and pleasant feeling to everyone who visits. Lucy by the Beach features a vibrant and lively bar and restaurant with a tropical bohemian atmosphere.

Lastly, Park by Lucy in the Sky will have an open and semi-open concept for community gatherings. This place will be an attractive destination for visitors to eat and chat in a beautiful garden setting.

"Customers will be greeted with more food choices with an ornamental atmosphere in a tropical bohemian style," said Wulan.

Lucy in the Sky, who also collaborates with well-known burger brands, namely Lawless Burger and Pizza Dealer, emphasizes that she will remain disciplined in implementing health protocols in running a business during a pandemic.
