AMMN AGMS Appoints Arief Sidarto As President Director To Replace Alexander Ramlie

JAKARTA - PT Amman Mineral Internasional Tbk (AMMN) announced the appointment of Arief Sidarto as the President Director who was elected at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) today, Monday, June 16.

It is known, Arief Sidarto has been part of the AMMN executive team for more than eight years as Director of Finance.

Prior to joining AMMN, he served as Managing Director and member of the Rajawali Corpora Board of Directors, an Indonesian business group with diverse investment portfolios, including the mining sector, oil palm plantations, luxury property and hotels, transportation, infrastructure, and the media.

He has also led the operations of Goldman Sachs investment banking in Southeast Asia.

He earned two undergraduate degrees in finance and engineering from the University of Pennsylvania with the title of summa cum laude, as well as an MBA from Harvard Business School.

"It is an honor and pride for me to lead Amman into a new chapter of growth and transformation," he said in a statement to the media, Monday, June 16.

Although he is no longer the President Director, Alexander Ramlie will continue to support the company in its new role as a member of the Board of Commissioners, providing strategic supervision and ensuring the continuity of the company's governance.

"When I ended my tenure as President Director, I stepped forward with full confidence that Mr. Arief Sidarto would continue this leadership baton with enthusiasm, clear direction, and a firm commitment to the values we uphold. I will continue to contribute to support AMMN's long-term success through my role in the Board of Commissioners," said Alex.

The AGMS also announced the appointment of Aditya Sasmito as a member of the AMMN Board of Directors.

He has served as Director at Amman's subsidiary, PT Amman Mineral Nusa Tenggara (AMNT), since 2020, by leading a number of major supporting functions, including procurement, ports and logistics, inventory and warehousing, as well as leading the internal audit function.

He brings more than twelve years of experience in consulting and banking, with a track record of providing advisors to clients in various sectors, including mining, logistics, utilities, plantations, telecommunications, manufacturing, and banking.
