JAKARTA - Head of the Capital Archipelago Authority (OIKN) Basuki Hadimuljono said that six companies officially signed an investment cooperation agreement at IKN on Wednesday, May 21.
These companies are engaged in various sectors, ranging from culinary, hospitality, education, retail, construction to commercial and residential properties.
"Six private companies signed cooperation agreements to invest in IKN with a total value of Rp3.65 trillion," Basuki said as quoted from his written statement, Friday, May 23.
Basuki stated that the entry of the six companies adds to the ongoing investment value for the development of IKN in East Kalimantan. As of April 2025, Basuki noted, the investment value in IKN has reached IDR 62.08 trillion from 42 companies.
In addition, Basuki also emphasized his commitment to providing the best service to investors. "Ladies and gentlemen used to meet me as Minister, but now I meet me as marketing officer. So, whatever you need, our team will serve," said the former Minister of Public Works and Public Housing.
The six investors are PT Solusi Harapan Nusantara; PT Makmur Berkah Hotel (MBH); PT Australia Independent School (AIS) Nusantara; PT Maxi Nusantara Raya; PT Kreasibeton Nusapersada; and PT Daya Mulia Turangga.

3. PT Australia Independent School (AIS) Nusantara
AIS will build a school with a capacity of 750 students with an International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum on an area of approximately 7,900 square meters with a building area planned to reach 10,000 square meters.
4. PT Maxi Nusantara Raya
PT Maxi Nusantara Raya is a local retailer in East Kalimantan with supermarket networks such as Maxi Swalayan and Maxi Lux. The company will build a modern supermarket complete with a culinary food & beverage area on an area of approximately 0.21 hectares.
5. PT Kreasibeton Nusapersada
The company from Medan with an iconic project portfolio such as the JW Marriott Hotel Medan and the Medan 'Kualanamu Toll Road will develop apartments, private offices and supermarkets on an area of approximately 9,342 square meters.
6. PT Daya Mulia Turangga
