AKR Corporindo, A Fuel Company Owned By Conglomerate Soegiarto Adikoesoemo Will Distribute 494 Billion Dividends

JAKARTA - The fuel distributor company, PT AKR Corporindo Tbk will distribute dividends of IDR 494 billion for the 2020 financial year performance.

This was decided in the company's annual general meeting of shareholders (AGMS) which was held on Friday, April 30, 2021. President Director of AKR Corporindo Haryanto Adikoesoemo said that the company would distribute dividends of IDR 494 billion or equivalent to IDR 125 per share. This amount represents 53 percent of the issuer's 2020 net profit, coded AKRA shares, which amounted to IDR 925 billion.

"The company has distributed an interim dividend of Rp 50 per share in August 2020, so that the final dividend of IDR 75 per share will be paid on 28 May 2021," said Haryanto, as quoted from his official statement, Friday 30 April.

Meanwhile, AKRA cum cash dividend on the regular market and negotiations on May 10, 2021. Furthermore, cum dividend on the cash market on May 17, 2021.

On the other hand, AKRA's dividend per share (DPS) for the 2020 financial year was successfully higher than that of DPS in 2019 of Rp110 per share. However, DPS 2020 is still lower than DPS in 2018 and 2017, namely IDR 240 per share and IDR 200 per share, respectively.
