One of the business actors who benefited from LinkUMKM was Ilma Inaroh Azizah, a fresh and useful beverage entrepreneur from Serang, Banten Province. Starting from his hobby of making fresh drinks rich in benefits with his brother, Ilma, who also works as a Chemical Teacher, then began to pursue a fresh beverage business in 2019.
"Because I am a chemistry teacher and also likes consumption of herbal drinks from auction flowers, for example, I started to produce myself and distribute them to the closest people. Then I thought about making a fresh and herbal drink business, especially in that year there was Covid-19 and it turned out that there were many enthusiasts," said Ilma.
His seriousness continues, where in 2020 he has his own herbal drink brand, namely Seger with various flavor variants such as Lemon Sereh Selasih, Lemon Telang Selasih, Rosella Sereh, Telang Ginger Sereh and Sugar Asem. He also penetrated other drinks such as Kurma Latte, Blue Latte, Coffe Latte and frozen food.
"Because there are many enthusiasts and during Covid, I also have a lot of free time because I teach online, finally many want to be resellers, a total of up to 30 people and from here I start taking care of the management and seriously pursue the herbal beverage business. From that result, my income is quite good, I can be at IDR 20-30 million per month," he added.

Not only did it stop there, Ilma also started to increase its business expansion, not only to fresh herbal drinks but also coffee drinks and selling them around Serang city using electric carts. He also dared to innovate and brand with the names of more contemporary products such as Sumertime, Tropical Putrple, Tropical Sunset Hibiscus and Sweet Tamarind.
In 2022, Ilma admits that her business is starting to experience ups and downs, where resellers don't take their products much like the beginning, so she has to cook it herself so she intends to visit BUMN Houses in Serang City to learn about product marketing.
From the BUMN House, Ilma was introduced to other MSMEs and received training on product packaging, strengthening business management and business scale development. He also faces the opportunity to share or exchange ideas with other MSME players in Serang City.
