Palembang Ring Road Toll Road Will Operate Soon, This Is The Amount Of Tariff

JAKARTA - The Ring Road or Palembang Junction will soon operate for the first time after passing the development stage. The sections that will soon operate are Ramp 2 (Kayu AgungIndralaya) and Ramp 3 (IndralayaKayu Agung) along 2.46 kilometers.

Unlike other toll roads, the Palembang Ring Road will soon operate and be subject to tariffs. This tariff determination follows the issuance of the Decree of the Minister of Public Works (PU) Number 400 and 401 dated March 26, 2025 concerning the Determination of Types of Motorized Vehicles and Rates for the Ramp 2 and Ramp 3 Palembang Toll Tariffs which will soon take effect.

Executive Vice President (EVP) Corporate Secretary Hutama Karya Adjib Al Hakim stated that the junction played a strategic role in integrating the toll-to-toll trip between the Kayu Agung 'Palembang Section and the Palembang' Indralaya section without having to go out to the national road.

"This junction will complement the connectivity of toll roads in South Sumatra and support the smooth running of traffic from and to Palembang City to Prabumulih, especially during busy hours and national holidays," said Adjib in a written statement, Wednesday, April 16.

"While operating, there will be additional integrated tariffs imposed when the user crosses the junction to support the operation and maintenance of toll roads in a sustainable manner," he continued.

Since the issuance of the Ministerial Decree, Hutama Karya has carried out massive socialization to the public through various communication channels, including discussions with regulators, academics and economic observers to discuss preparations for the implementation of tariffs through the Forum Group Discussion (FGD) which was held on Monday, April 14.

"We hope that this socialization can increase user understanding of integration information and correct driving rules. In addition, in the ongoing FGD, we also receive various inputs from participants who will be evaluated to provide excellent quality and toll road services," he said.

By immediately operating and determining the tariff, Hutama Karya appealed to all road users to check the tariff for the destination toll gate before leaving and ensure the adequacy of the Electronic Money Card (EU) balance to avoid queues at toll gates and monitor information through the official Hutama Karya social media account.

Based on the related Decree of the Minister of Public Works, the amount of tariffs on the Palembang Ramp 2 (Kayu AgungIndralaya) and Ramp 3 (IndralayaKayu Agung) toll roads is as follows:

1. Palembang's Junction 'Pemulutun

Group I: IDR 7,000 Class II & III: IDR 10,500 Class IV & V: IDR 14,000

2. Palembang's Junction KTM Rambutan

Group I: IDR 13.000 Class II & III: IDR 19.500 Class IV & V: IDR 26.000

3. Junction Palembang Indralaya

Group I: IDR 24,500 Badminton Group II & III: IDR 36,500 Badminton Group IV & V: IDR 49,000

4. Palembang junction 'SS Kayu Agung

Group I: IDR 48,500 Badminton Class II & III: IDR 72,500 Badminton Group IV & V: IDR 97,000

The amount of tariffs after being integrated with the Kayu Agung Toll Road Palembang and the Palembang Toll Road Indralaya:

1. Kayu Agung's "mouth"

Group I: IDR 55,500 Class II & III: IDR 83,000 Class IV & V: IDR 111,000

2. Kayu Agung KTM Rambutan

Group I: IDR 61,500 Class II & III: IDR 92,000 Class IV & V: IDR 123,000

3. Kayu Agung 'Indralaya

Group I: IDR 73,000 For Group II & III: IDR 109,000 For Group IV & V: IDR 146,000

4. Kayu Agung 'Prabumulih

Group I: IDR 158,000 Class II & III: IDR 236,500 Badminton Group IV & V: IDR 316,000

All toll rates apply in the opposite direction.
