Astra Infra Announces 20 Percent Toll Rates Discounts Ahead Of Lebaran Homecoming, Check The Schedule

PT Astra Infra Toll Road announced a 20 percent discount on toll rates for all groups of vehicles ahead of Lebaran 2025 homecoming.

This is done as an effort to anticipate a surge in traffic flow during the Lebaran 2025 homecoming period.

Astra Infra's Group Chief Executive Officer Firman Yosafat Siregar said the 20 percent toll rate discount applies to the Tangerang 'Merak (Tamer) and Cikopo' Palimanan (Cipali) toll roads.

For the Tamer Toll Road, a tariff discount of 20 percent will be applied on Monday, March 24 starting at 00.00 WIB until Tuesday, March 25 at 24.00 WIB, for toll road users who enter through the Cikupa Toll Gate (GT) to GT Merak and vice versa.

As for the backflow, a 20 percent discount will be applied on Tuesday, April 8 from 00.00 WIB to Wednesday, April 9 at 24.00 WIB, for road users who enter through GT Merak to GT Cikupa and vice versa.

As for the Cipali Toll Road, a 20 percent discount will be applied Monday, March 24 starting at 05.00 WIB until Wednesday, March 26 at 05.00 WIB, for toll road users who travel continuously from GT Cikampek Utama (Cikatama) to GT Kalikangkung in Semarang.

As for the return flow, a 20 percent discount will be applied on Tuesday, April 8, 2025 starting at 05.00 WIB until Thursday, April 10 at 05.00 WIB, for toll road users who travel continuously from GT Kalikangkung in Semarang to GT Cikatama.

"The toll tariff discount is one form of our commitment in supporting the government to realize the smooth journey of the Lebaran 2025 homecoming and as a form of appreciation for the travelers who are loyal to use the Astra Infra toll road," Firman said in a written statement, Thursday, March 6.

In addition, Astra Infra has also made various efforts to support the smooth flow of traffic during the Lebaran homecoming later.

For example, traffic management arrangements on lanes and road access that are prone to congestion, traffic engineering plans in coordination with the police, implementation of a delay system in the rest area to increase coordination and cooperation with various related parties.

"To create smooth and safe homecoming trips, Astra Infra appealed to travelers to plan a wise homecoming trip, by avoiding the period that is predicted to be the peak of homecoming and return," he said.

Not only that, travelers are also advised to check the vehicle and ensure the condition of the driver is in prime condition, bring supplies and medicines sufficiently during the trip.

Then maintain the speed limit, get enough rest every 4 hours driving and avoid driving tired or sleepy. If the weather rains, road users are advised to drive at a maximum speed of 70 km/hour.

"For travelers who want to make crossings, make sure they have purchased tickets (Feri) through the application or ferry website, a maximum of D-1 for the planned homecoming or return schedule," he concluded.
