Budget Realization Of The Directorate General Of IKMA Kemenperin Throughout 2024 Capai 98.83 Percent

The Ministry of Industry (Kemenperin) said that the realization of the 2024 budget ceiling at the Directorate General of Small, Medium and Multifarious Industries (IKMA) reached 98.93 percent of the total ceiling received of IDR 411 billion.

Initially, the budget ceiling of the Directorate General of IKMA of the Ministry of Industry in 2024 reached Rp494.7 billion and was exposed to automatic adjustments to Rp411 billion.

"So, last year we received a budget of Rp494.7 billion. So, from the Rp494.7 billion, the effective ceiling was subject to an automatic adjustment of only Rp411 billion. Then it was able to be realized as much as Rp406 billion, so we have realized the calculation of 98.93 percent", said Director General of IKMA at the Ministry of Industry, Reni Yanita, in a Hearing Meeting (RDP) with Commission VII DPR at the Parliament Complex, Senayan, Jakarta, Monday, February 3.

Based on the presentations displayed, the budget ceiling has been used for the Directorate of Food, Furniture and Building Materials IDR 75.1 billion, Directorate of Industry Aneka IKM Chemical, Clothing and Crafts IDR 80 billion, Directorate of IKM Metal, Machinery, Electronics and Transportation Equipment IDR 73.4 billion and the Secretariat reaches IDR 182.4 billion.

"Then, with these funds we distribute out. Covering echelon II at the center, the Directorate of Food IKM, Furniture and Building Materials, the Directorate of the Aneka IKM Chemical, Clothing and Crafts IKM Industry, the Directorate of Metal, Machinery, Electronics, Transportation Equipment and also the Secretariat," said Reni.

In addition, said Reni, his party also received a mandate to provide assistance funds to the head of the service in charge of industry in each province.

"So, last year there was Rp50 billion covering 38 provinces. The activities were unphysical in mentoring, training efforts, then obtaining certification from the products produced by the IKM-IKM," said Reni.

The realization of output performance until December 31, 2024 includes new entrepreneurs who are trained up to design and packaging services.

In detail, new entrepreneurs trained to reach 18,281 IKM, as many as 138 IKM centers have been revitalized, there are 3,877 IKMs that have used MI 4.0 digital literacy, as many as 10 IKMs have used MI 4.0 implementation in their production lines and there are 3,957 IKMs that have developed products.

Then, as many as 418 IKMs have promoted and exhibited, 602 IKMs have received intellectual property rights services or HKI, 11,908 new entrepreneurs who grew up in IKM, 5 IKM centers operating outside Java Island and 2,431 IKMs that have been onboarded.

Furthermore, IKM start-ups which grew by 97. 117 IKMs have entered into partnerships, restructuring equipment machines for 90 IKMs and 244 IKMs have received design and packaging services.

"So, from last year's target of 70 IKM, thank God it has exceeded 90 IKM and many of them are also met by furniture IKMs. For furniture, right, the equipment machine is quite expensive. So, indeed, many of our furniture IKMs have received assistance or reimbursement from purchasing their machines through the restructuring of these equipment machines," explained Reni.

"So, for the realization in 2024 yesterday, thank God everything is above the set target," he concluded.
