LKPP Records E-Catalog V6 Capai Products 3.5 Million Units By The End Of 2024

JAKARTA - The Government Goods/Services Procurement Policy Institute or LKPP noted that the number of broadcasts of Electronic Catalogue Products (e-Catalog) Version 6 has reached 3.5 million products as of the end of 2024, consisting of 2.9 million integrated products and 615 thousand curation broadcast products.

Head of LKPP Hendrar Prihadi said that government spending for the 2024 fiscal year (TA) reached IDR 1,259.2 trillion or the equivalent of 108.41 percent of the total procurement of goods/services (PBJ).

The contribution of PBJ's budget realization to Domestic Products (PDN) reached Rp595.66 trillion or 90 percent, and PBJ's contribution to micro, small and cooperative enterprises (MSMEs) reached Rp277.42 trillion or 41.9 percent.

"The significant achievement in the contribution of PDN and UMKK in the implementation of Electronic Catalog reflects the seriousness of LKPP together with PT Telkom Indonesia in supporting national economic independence," he quoted Antara as saying.

Hendrar also explained that the Catalog Electronic Version 6 (V6) platform is a transformation step in the procurement of more modern and integrated government goods/services.

The Head of LKPP has issued the Circular Letter of the Head of LKPP Number 9 of 2024 (SE Head of LKPP No. 9/2024) concerning the Implementation of Electronic Catalog Version 6 which requires the use of goods/services expenditure in the Electronic Catalog V6. This rule is effective starting January 1, 2025, aiming to ensure that all e-Purchasing processes run optimally, including the provision of payment mechanisms.

This platform is designed to be integrated with the Institutional Level Financial Application System (SAKTI) belonging to the Ministry of Finance (Kemenkeu RI) and the Regional Government Information System of the Republic of Indonesia (SIPD RI) belonging to the Ministry of Home Affairs (Kemendagri).

Meanwhile, the Ministry of Home Affairs (Kemendagri) through the Directorate General (Ditjen) of Regional Finance Development (Keuda) encourages local governments (Pemda) to accelerate the implementation of PBJ through the Electronic Catalog Version 6 (V6).

This effort is a strategic step to support economic growth through increasing the use of domestic products as well as micro products, small businesses and cooperatives.
