Increase Inclusion And Optimization Of Services, BSI Builds BSI Bogor Building

BSI Sales & Distribution Director Anton Sukarna said the Bogor BSI Building would stand on an area of 1,026 m2 with a total building area of 3,234.8 m2 and consist of 5 floors and 1 basement.

The design of the Bogor BSI Building adopts heritage elements in the exterior (fasad), as an effort to support the image of Bogor City as a city that is rich in history, then also in this building will be equipped with solar panels to support energy efficiency, and help to create a greener and more sustainable city. The building will also be equipped with Safe Deposit Box (SDB) facilities, cash pooling centers, Function Hall, Classroom and Musholla.

"We hope that the Bogor BSI Building can provide added value for the economic progress of Bogor City and this synergy will further strengthen and encourage the sharia economy in Indonesia," said Anton, in a written statement, Friday, January 3.

Anton also said that BSI's national solid performance in the third quarter of 2024 was also supported by positive performance in Bogor City. Currently, BSI's assets in Bogor City reach IDR 7.9 trillion, growing 13.39 percent year on year.

Then the DPK reached IDR 7.3 trillion, grew 13.39 percent year on year with a disbursement of IDR 4.8 trillion, grew 15.15 percent year on year. Profit reached IDR 211 billion.

From the aspect of the number of networks, the number of BSI branches is equal to the top bank in Indonesia above 1,000 offices spread throughout Indonesia, of which 22 work networks are located in Bogor City.

To reach customers and the wider community of Bogor City, BSI has placed 144 ATM machines, 209 EDC Merchants and 9,927 QRIS that can support community financial transactions in Bogor City and of course this number will continue to grow.

"As an effort to optimize services to the community, especially in Bogor City. Today, God willing, we will start the construction of the Bogor BSI Building which is expected to take 10 months," he concluded.

Acting Mayor of Bogor Heri Antasari hopes that BSI can open new economic opportunities, especially in the Islamic financial ecosystem. Bogor City has peculiarities that are an attraction for the community and also a city of collaboration that distinguishes from other cities and also its people who mingle without distinguishing ethnicity, religion and RAS. The presence of the BSI Building can be a city attraction and beautify the city of Bogor.

The policy of environmentally friendly buildings is also in line with the policy of the city of Bogor which is going green, which is now starting to socialize electric cars and also preserving historical heritage.
