JAKARTA - PT Industri Jamu dan Pharmacy Sido Muncul Tbk (SIDO) allocates capital expenditure (capex) in the range of IDR 150 billion-IDR 175 billion for 2025.

"Most of these capexs will be used to maintain production facilities and develop technology or digitization to support operations and marketing," said Sido Muncul President Director David Hidayat recently.

Next year, SIDO is targeting low double digit performance growth. David is optimistic that this target will be achieved through the expansion of the domestic market and exports.

"We are conservatively targeting double-digit growth, at least 10 percent," said David.

To support the realization of the target, the company will expand its distribution as well as provide herbal-based beverage products and supplements designed for generation Z and millennials.

"The generality currently still opens up great opportunities for our products and we will reach them through digital market penetration," he said.

On the other hand, international expansion will continue to expand. Currently, SIDO has marketed its products to Arab Peninsula countries, the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) and the Indochina region.

"In the future, Vietnam and Thailand will be the targets of the next (expansion) focus country," he added.
