ITDC And Jalin Platform Collaborate To Build A Luxury Restaurant In The Nusa Dua Bali

JAKARTA - PT Pembangunan Pariwisata Indonesia or ITDC is collaborating with PT Plataran Boga Rasa to build a luxury venue and restaurant in The Nusa Dua, Bali. This collaboration aims to strengthen The Nusa Dua's position as a premium tourism destination.

This collaboration was marked by the signing of an initial agreement or term sheet for the development of Lot SW7 land in The Nusa Dua area, Bali.

The Lot SW7 land itself has an area of 5,679 square meters and is developed with a cooperation duration of 50 years. The project is designed as the Center of Nusa Dua's Iconic Intimate & Dining and is targeted to start operating in December 2025.

The concepts carried are heritage dining venues and Iconic premium intimate MICE venues that combine the uniqueness of Indonesian culture with international standards.

ITDC President Director Ari Respati said this collaboration reflects ITDC's commitment to developing The Nusa Dua as a world-class destination that emphasizes the beauty of Indonesian culture.

"We believe the experience of Plataran in the tourism and culinary sectors will strengthen The Nusa Dua's appeal for domestic and foreign tourists," he said in an official statement, Thursday, December 12.

Ari said PT Plataran Boga Rasa, part of the Plataran Group also has 36 venues and restaurants spread across Indonesia to international (Tokyo). Plataran has a strong track record in the tourism and manga sectors.

Furthermore, he said this collaborative project offers a unique culinary experience with a menu consisting of Indonesian, Asian and Western special dishes, equipped with traditional selected drinks and classy wine and cocktails.

Through this collaboration, ITDC and PT Plataran Boga Rasa optimism Lot SW7 will become new icons in The Nusa Dua that combine beauty, comfort, and luxury, as well as make a big contribution to Bali and Indonesia tourism," said Ari.

Sementara itu, CEO Plataran Yozua Makes menyampaikan proyek dan kerja sama ini tidak hanya akan menjadi destinasi premium & Dining ting tingkat dunia tetapi juga pusat kegiatan untuk acara eksklusif.
