Meanwhile, Eko said, until now Apple Inc. has not built a manufacturing industry in the country since their cellphone brand was sold.
This, he continued, is one of the reasons the iPhone 16 cannot be sold in the technology market sector of this country.
"Because they (Apple Inc.) don't build that manufacturing base like other brands do," he said.
According to Eko, factory construction must be carried out for companies originating from abroad.
Because, he said, the government wants real or real investment as investment in Indonesia.
He added that this must be conveyed to entrepreneurs who want to build businesses in Indonesian territory.
