JAKARTA - The Ministry of Housing and Settlement Areas (PKP) targets the renovation of the Rancaekek Flats and Solokan Jeruk in Bandung Regency, West Java, to be completed in mid-December 2024.
This was revealed after the Director General of Housing of the Ministry of PKP, Iwan Suprijanto, reviewed the progress of the renovation of the flat on Wednesday, November 27.
Iwan targets that by mid-December 2024 the renovation of the flats in Bandung will be completely completed for the handover of assets.
"On December 18, 2024, the target is to hand over management with the West Java Provincial Government," said Iwan in a written statement, Thursday, November 28.
He hopes that the renovation will be completed soon so that the flat can be used to provide decent and comfortable housing for the community and support sustainable quality of life.
