Pertamina Patra Niaga Check Gas Stations Ensure Prima Services

PT Pertamina Patra Niaga ensures that inspections of gas stations are carried out thoroughly in order to provide excellent service to the community in all operating areas in Indonesia.

Pertamina Regional Marketing Director Patra Niaga Mars Ega Legowo Putra explained thorough inspections ranging from fuel stocks, product quality, safety aspects, service standards at gas stations to supporting facilities conditions such as toilets, prayer rooms to non-fuel retail services.

"In addition to ensuring that gas stations carry out operations according to procedures, this inspection is also part of Pertamina Patra Niaga's preparation for Christmas 2024 and New Year 2025, which our task force will ensure that all aspects ranging from stock availability, quality of service, to safety can be fulfilled properly. However, this inspection is part of our routine, not limited only to the Christmas and New Year periods," explained Mars Ega quoting Antara.

In each of these activities, Pertamina Patra Niaga conducted a tera test to ensure that the accuracy of the fuel dispenser at gas stations was in accordance with applicable standards.

In addition, fuel quality checks are also carried out visually and density tests to ensure the quality and quantity of fuel before being distributed to consumers.

"After checking using a measuring vessel that has been traced by the Meteorology Service and calibrated, the results show that everything is good and according to standards. This confirms Pertamina Patra Niaga's commitment and consistency in maintaining the quality and quantity of fuel," he added.

In addition to monitoring stock reliability, quantity and fuel quality, Pertamina Patra Niaga also focuses on maintaining facilities at gas stations to ensure that everything is in optimal condition.

The effort was made to meet customer expectations of superior service standards.

Through the Retail Make Over program which includes repairs to toilets,mas, and prayer rooms at gas stations, we want to increase consumer comfort during visits to gas stations. Moreover, during the Christmas and New Year holidays, these facilities will often be used by customers," said Mars Ega.
