PT Surveyor Indonesia Encourages Indonesia's Transportation Development Through The Buy The Service Management Service

JAKARTA - In line with the government's commitment to developing a modern, safe and efficient transportation system through the 2020-2024 Strategic Plan, PT Surveyor Indonesia is here through the Buy The Service Management Service (MP BTS) to encourage efficiency and effectiveness of public transportation services, especially in big cities in Indonesia.

As part of the implementation of the stimulus in the 2020-2024 Strategic Plan, Surveyor Indonesia supports the government as well as optimizing the role of MP BTS in the national transportation system. The MP BTS program is an initiative designed to improve the quality of public transportation services through a service purchase scheme by the government to transportation operators. Through this scheme, the government ensures that the public can enjoy better, affordable, and integrated transportation services.

Through BTS, public transportation modes such as Bus Rapid Transit (BRT), urban transportation, and other transportation can operate more professionally with service standards set by the government. In particular, the scope of Management activities is an operational aspect such as fleet standards as well as monitoring the implementation of operating standards that include aspects of negligence, comfort, security, regularity, equality, and affordability.

As management management, Surveyor Indonesia also routinely provides briefing for Human Resources involved in all forms of Buy The Service Program (BTS) services to maintain the best quality of service for customers.

With the Management, monitoring carried out intensely and thoroughly so that monitoring can be carried out on passenger transfer, where routes that have small passenger revivals can be evaluated and can be further analyzed to get more efficient routes and have large passenger revivals in order to create optimal means of transportation for the community.
