Market Capitalization Recorded An Increase In The Second Week Of October

JAKARTA The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) announced that based on IDX stock trading data from October 7 to October 11, 2024, the increase occurred in the Composite Stock Price Index (JCI) for a week of 0.33 percent to be at the level of 7,520.602 from 7,496,091 last week.

Then, the market capitalization of the Exchange increased by 0.01 percent to Rp12,532 trillion from Rp12,531 trillion in the previous week.

Meanwhile, the average daily transaction frequency of the Exchange has changed by 7.26 percent to 1.18 million transactions from 1.27 million transactions last week.

Meanwhile, the average daily transaction volume of the Exchange during the week changed 8.5 percent to 23.10 billion shares from 25.25 billion shares the previous week.

Then, during the week the average daily transaction value of the Exchange has changed by 43.29 percent to Rp11.07 trillion from Rp19.53 trillion in the previous week.

The movement of foreign investors on Friday recorded a net selling value of IDR 88.85 billion and throughout 2024 foreign investors recorded a net purchase value of IDR 43.31 trillion.
