Jasa Marga Admits That She Has Left Funds For Compensation Of Land Mat Solar

PT Cinere Serpong Jaya (CSJ), a subsidiary of PT Jasa Marga, stated that it had entrusted 1,313 square meters of land compensation funds belonging to the Nasrullah (Mat Solar) family of actors or comedians which were used for the construction of the Serpong-Cinere toll road to the Tangerang District Court.

President Director of PT CSJ Mirza Nurul Handayani in Jakarta, quoted from Antara, Tuesday, October 8. stated that the deposit of compensation funds was based on the Payment Order (SPP) Number KU.01.03/440357-020/2019-145 dated September 10, 2019 and the Determination of Court number 201/Pdt.Cons/2019/PN.Tng on December 16, 2019.

According to him, the compensation deposit scheme through the court was carried out by his party, considering that the land belonging to the Mat Solar family had ownership dispute status between (1) H. Nasrullah (Bajuri), and (2) H. Idris.

He conveyed that the land acquisition process was based on Law (UU) Number 2 of 2012 concerning Land Procurement for Development for Public Interest.

The regulation explains that land acquisition for the public interest must be held by the Government and the land is then owned by the Government or Regional Government.

Mirza said, referring to the regulation, PT CSJ as the Business Entity for the Serpong Cinere Toll Road continues to communicate actively with the Government which is the implementation of land acquisition to immediately resolve the dispute over the land parcel in question.

"We will continue to communicate with related parties to help complete the land acquisition process, while monitoring decisions from related agencies," he said.

The news of Mat Solar's unpaid land compensation money emerged after DPR RI member Rieke Diah Pitaloka, who was Mat Solar's co-star in Bajaj Bajuri, uploaded a video when he visited Mat Solar who was suffering from a stroke.

In the upload, Rieke questioned why the land affairs of the Bang Juri players used by the state for the Serpong-Cinere Toll Road have not been completed even though it has been going on since 2019.

Meanwhile, according to the Director of Land Procurement and Financing of the State Asset Management Institute (LMAN) of the Ministry of Finance Rustanto, the obligation to acquire the Serpong-Cinere Toll Road is almost complete, with a realization of 99.92 percent.

The Serpong-Cinere Toll Road has four toll gates, namely Pamulang, Serpong 5, Serpong 6, and Serpong 7.

The 10.14 km toll road that passes through the South Tangerang City area, Banten is an area dominated by the service, industry and residential sectors, so that Cinere is an alternative choice of industrial transportation.

Selain itu, Jalan Tol Serpong-Cinere juga memberikan kepastian waktu kepada pengguna jalan yang menuju Bandara Soekarno-Hatta, sehingga waktujadi lebih singkat dan biaya operasional kendaraan menjadi lebih femat.
