Food Prices Are Monitored To Rise, Chicken Eggs Are Raised To IDR 28,610 Per Kg

JAKARTA - The prices of several food commodities have been observed to increase. As for those experiencing an increase, such as broiler eggs, curly red chilies, cobs, and shallots.

Quoting Antara, based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) Price Panel which was accessed at 09.47 WIB, the national average price of broiler eggs at the retail level was recorded at IDR 28,610 per kg, an increase of IDR 360 from last week.

Shallots also increased from Rp26,290 per kg yesterday to Rp26,940 per kg this morning. Meanwhile, cob garlic became Rp40,270 per price from yesterday's price of Rp39,620 per kg.

This morning's broiler meat was recorded at IDR 34,230 per kg, while pure beef was IDR 134,550 per kg.

Premium rice is recorded at an average price of Rp. 15,620 per kg, medium rice of Rp. 13,560 per kg, and SPHP rice of Rp. 12,580 per kg.

Fish prices also rose. Bakkol fish are at an average price of IDR 32,280 per kg, convex fish IDR 38,540 per kg, while milkfish decrease to IDR 32,500 per kg.

Then, the average price of consumption sugar was recorded at Rp. 17,900 per kg, wheat flour was packaged at Rp. 13,160 per kg, and wheat bulk was Rp. 10,050 per kg.
