Participants Appreciate BPJS Employment Services During The Harpelnas Commemoration

JAKARTA - National Customer Day (Harpelnas) which is commemorated every September 4th is a momentum for BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (BPJAMSOSTEK) to get closer and provide a positive experience to participants.

This was acknowledged by Karina, a participant who came to take care of claims to receive direct services by Haryani Rotua Melasari as Head of the Cilincing BPJamsostek Branch Office.

Not only obtaining special services, he and a number of other participants also received food and beverage treats, and participated in quizzes with attractive souvenir prizes.

Haryani Rotua Melasari said that at the 2024 Harpelnas all levels of BPJamsostek Cilincing went down directly to serve and greet the participants who were present in accordance with the theme "Tulus Serving, Spreading Inspiration".

Ani, as Haryani Rotua Melasari is known, also established a JMO (Jamsostek Mobile) booth to help participants who activate the application to make it easier to obtain information and benefits related to the Employment Social Security program.

"Information on services available at JMO, such as JHT claims, checking JHT balances, benefits of additional services, registering participants and many others," explained Ani.

At this moment, Ani and her staff also socialized programs and benefits for all BPJS Employment programs, consisting of Work Accident Insurance (JKK), Old Age Security (JHT), Death Security (JKM), Pension Security (JP) to Job Loss Guarantee (JKP).
