State Revenue Of IDR 3,005.13 Trillion In The Prabowo Government Era, Sri Mulyani: New Record

JAKARTA - The DPR's Government and Budget Agency (Banggar) agreed to state revenue in the 2025 RAPBN to Rp3,005.13 trillion, or an increase of Rp8.26 trillion from the previous draft target of Rp2,996.87 trillion.

"State revenues reached Rp. 3,000 trillion, which was Rp. 3,005.13 trillion. This is a new record," said Minister of Kuangan Sri Mulyani Indrawati in a working meeting with Banggar, Wednesday, September 4.

Sri Mulyani Indrawati explained that the increase in the state revenue target was due to an increase in the non-tax state revenue (PNBP), which increased by Rp8.26 trillion, consisting of state assets separated by Rp4 trillion and PNBP from ministries/institutions of Rp4.26 trillion.

"For PNBP, there are several changes that have been discussed in the Panja, especially regarding the receipt of separated state assets, namely the projected increase in performance from SOEs which will cause an increase in dividends to be paid by SOEs of IDR 4 trillion, bringing the total to IDR 90 trillion," he said.

Thus, Sri Mulyani said that the projected increase in SOE dividends of IDR 4 trillion would be an addition to State Assets' Revenue which was separated from the initial IDR 86 trillion to IDR 90 trillion.

Sri Mulyani explained that another PNBP increase of Rp4.26 trillion will be contributed by several ministries/agencies that contributed to the PNBP, namely the Ministry of Communication and Information with an increase of Rp510 billion, the Indonesian Police (Polri) increased by Rp2.59 trillion. Then, from the Ministry of Transportation there was an increase in PNBP of Rp890 billion, and the Ministry of Law and Human Rights increased by Rp260 billion.

So that the PNBP target in the temporary posture of the 2025 State Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBN) from IDR 505.38 trillion increased by IDR 8.26 trillion to IDR 513.64 trillion.

Meanwhile, the target for tax revenue remains at Rp2,490.91 trillion, consisting of tax revenues of Rp2,189.31 trillion and from customs revenues of Rp301.61 trillion.
