E-meterai Registration Of CPNS Error, Instagram Peruri Flood Complaints Netizens

JAKARTA - Prospective participants in the selection of prospective civil servants (CPNS) in 2024 flooded social media Instagram and X with complaints of e-meterai error. They complained that they could not buy e-meterai until the balance was cut but the e-meter could not be used.

Peruri's official Instagram was targeted by netizens to protest. Netizens are busy expressing their emotions in the Instagram comment column @peruri.indonesia.

One of them is an account with the name @bimatejakusuma. He admitted that he was confused because the people were forced to be digitally literate but the government system did not support it.

"People are forced to go digital, the system itself is not ready yet. It's funny," he wrote, quoted by VOI, Wednesday, September 4.

Other accounts were also submitted @fitriansyahbay. He said that in the era of digitalization buying e-meters, it was not easier to queue.

"Only in the 'digitalized' era, if you want to buy a stamp, you have to queue, out of stock, the store is closed for repairs, the goods have not been taken, that's how you are offered a refund but not 100 percent even though it's not our fault," he wrote.

Not only complaints about failing to buy e-meterai due to the error site, many netizens also complained that their money had been cut but the buyer's status was not detected on the purchase site.

"Min, I have bought an e-meter of payment through qris and the balance has been cut but on the web the seal-electronics has not yet been deposited. How do you think? The helpdesk doesn't work," he wrote.

In addition, there are also netizens with an account named @masgalih2304 who claim to have received proof of payment but the amount of e-meteries purchased does not appear in their quota.

"Min I bought 2 e-meterai at e-meterai.co.id, from morning until now nothing has appeared e-meterai. Please cooperate, it has been paid but the result is still 0, and the quota is e-meter," he said.

There are also netizens who think that the government is doing business with the people through this e-meterai sale by Peruri. This account with the name @sodown.id assesses that people are victims because of the digital system that is not ready yet.

"Real, the government is doing business with the people. How much money is not wasted just because of e-companiment? Pretending to be digital, but the party who launched it couldn't. Finally, the community itself became victims. It was a waste of hundreds of thousands of dollars just to apply for work," he wrote.
