The NSAF delegation, led by the Deputy Director General of NSAF, Khem Sam Ath and accompanied by the Deputy Director of Administrations and Human Resource Management Department, Im Bunchhoeun, was welcomed by Plt. TASPEN President Director Rony Hanityo Aprianto and TASPEN Planning and Actuarial Director, Feb Sumandar at TASPEN Headquarters, Jakarta, Wednesday, August 28.

TASPEN Corporate Secretary Pudiastuti Citra Adi explained that this visit from the Cambodian NSAF is an honor and pride for TASPEN in strengthening relations between the two countries to achieve a common goal in managing social security. TASPEN believes that the partnership that has been established with the Cambodian NSAF can bring ongoing benefits and make a positive contribution to ACSPA.

ACSPA is an Asian Social Security Administration Association consisting of various countries in Asia, including PT TASPEN (Persero) Indonesia, Government Employees Pension Service (GEPS) South Korea, Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) Philippines, Government Pension Fund (GPF) Thailand and the National Social Assistance Fund (NSAF) Cambodia.

In addition, TASPEN was also chosen to host the Asian Civil Service Pension Forum (ACSPF) which was held on August 31 September 1, 2023 in Jakarta. ACSPF is a prestigious meeting involving a delegation of pension fund management institutions from Asian countries aimed at increasing economic growth and the welfare of retired ASN in the Asian region. The ACSPF event was attended by representatives from Indonesia, South Korea, the Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand and Cambodia.

Deputy Director General of NSAF Khem Sam Ath said NFAS Cambodia gave its highest appreciation to TASPEN for its extraordinary remarks in increasing Social Security and Pension Funds in Asia.

"Through this activity, it is hoped that it can be a forum for Social Security and Pension Fund managers to establish good relations, understand the latest developments on reforming the management of Social Security for ASN, Veterans and finding problems together by implementing an innovation strategy for the sustainability of the pension payment system for ASN in Asia," he said.
