Tangerang - PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Banten Tbk (Banten Bank) held a Limited Working Meeting (Raker) for Banten Region 2021. The meeting on Sunday, March 28 was attended by all divisions, regional offices, units, and branch offices of Banten Bank in the Banten region.

The Banten Bank Working Meeting in 2021 was also attended by the President Director of Banten Bank Agus Syabarrudin, the President Commissioner of Banten Bank Hasanuddin, as well as the entire Board of Commissioners and Directors of Banten Bank.

The Banten Bank Working Meeting, which carries the theme Rebuild The Trust, Reach The Glory, illustrates the high spirit and commitment of Banten Bank to regain trust and achieve glory.

Trust is very important in the banking world. This is also what underlies Banten Bank to initiate the updating of the Corporate Culture as a guide for thinking and acting for all employees of Banten Bank or also known as Banteners.

This culture is then formulated in a concept entitled "TRUST" (Think different, Resilience, Universe, Service excellence, and Track). The management of Banten Bank is currently making improvements.

The reforms aim to rebuild the trust of Banten Bank stakeholders by carrying out Human Capital Development, Strengthening Capital and Liquidity, Development of Information Technology, and Aligning Business or Target Markets.
