JAKARTA - PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (SMGR) increased the capital expenditure (capex) in 2024 to IDR 2 trillion.
Director of Finance and Management of Portfolio SMGR, Andriano Hosny said, this figure is greater than the previously budgeted amount of IDR 1.3 trillion.
"So every year we have regular Capex for maintenance of around Rp. 1.3 trillion," he said in a Public Expose, Friday, August 30.
However, he said, throughout this year SMGR will focus on completing several initiatives related to ESG, processing plans to be able to change industrial waste and alternative fuel to refuse derivative fuel.
