ID FOOD Eyes Frisian Flag for Prabowo-Gibran's Free Milk Program

JAKARTA - The State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) Food Holding, ID FOOD is in the process of exploring cooperation in providing milk for Prabowo's free nutritious meal program. One of the things that ID FOOD is eyeing is PT Frisian Flag Indonesia (Frisian Flag).

ID FOOD President Director Sis Apik Wijayanto said that the cooperation being explored with Frisian Flag will be carried out in the form of technology transfer.

He said that later the holding member, PT Berdikari will adopt technology owned by PT Frisian Flag Indonesia.

"We will take it from the technology side, this is just an exploration," he said when met after a meeting at the DPR Building, Parliament Complex, Jakarta, written on Tuesday, August 27.

Sis Apik is targeting the cooperation with PT Frisian Flag Indonesia to be realized as soon as possible. Considering that the government transition will occur in October 2024.

"(The target) is as soon as possible, we have to run fast," he said.

In addition to Frisian Flag, Sis Apik said that her party is also exploring cooperation with PT Perkenunan Nusantara III (Persero) or PTPN III to provide livestock land.

"Cooperation with PTPN for the land, then also for the provision of animal feed. "Later, the ecosystem starting from animal feed, fattening, will be prepared together with PTPN," he explained.
