There Is A Semarang-Solo Toll Exit Development Plan On Jalan Pattimura Salatiga

JAKARTA - The Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) said that there is a plan to build a toll exit on Jalan Pattimura Salatiga which is part of the Semarang-Solo toll road.

The toll exit to be built by PT Trans Marga Central Java (TMJ) will be the entrance and exit for access to Salatiga City to Semarang and vice versa from Semarang to Salatiga.

Quoted from the upload of the official Instagram account of the Toll Road Regulatory Agency (BPJT) @pupr_bpjt, Monday, August 19, the PUPR Ministry is currently preparing supporting documents for land acquisition off the Pattimura ramp in Salatiga.

"The Salatiga Toll Exit is urgently needed by the community, so that the City of Salatiga and Semarang Regency will get good economic value for the construction of the toll exit," explained BPJT.

The 72.95 kilometer (km) Semarang-Solo Toll Road is part of the Trans Java toll road network managed by PT Trans Marga Central Java (TMJ) is divided into five sections.

Including, Section I of the 10.85 km long Banyumanik-Ungaran which has been operating since August 26, 2011, Section II Ungaran-Bawen 11.99 km has been operated on April 4, 2014.

Furthermore, Section Ill Bawen-Salatiga has been operating since September 25, 2017, Section IV Salatiga-Boyolali 24.47 km and Section V Boyolali-Kartasura which has been operating for 7.74 km on December 20, 2018.
