Puan Maharani: Resilient Human Resources Will Be The Mobilizer Of Indonesia's Progress

JAKARTA - Chairman of the Indonesian House of Representatives (DPR) Puan Maharani highlighted Indonesia's human resources (HR) in a joint session with the DPR and DPD 2024. He said strong human resources would be the driving force for Indonesia's progress.

"The strong human resources of Indonesia will be the driving force of Indonesia's progress," he said at the MPR Annual Session and the Joint Session of the DPR and DPD RI, at the DPR Building, Parliament Complex, Friday, August 16.

Therefore, Puan said that Indonesia needs to prepare and strengthen Human Resources (HR) that are ready to face the times that are marked by technological advances, global competition, the digital economy, the disruptive economy, and the younger generation who continue to grow with their character.

"Work to realize an advanced Indonesia is the duty of all children of the nation, all components of the nation, men and women, all generations," he said.

Puan also said that the genration in question is the baby boomers generation, generation X, millennial generation, generation Z; and all Indonesian people.
