Jokowi And His Ministers Discuss The Acceleration Of Oil And Gas Production

JAKARTA - President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) chaired a limited meeting to discuss accelerating oil and gas production at the Presidential Palace.

This was confirmed by the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) Arifin Tasrif after the meeting.

Meanwhile, the salur or gas lifting in Semester I/2024 was recorded at 5,301 million standard cubic feet of gas per day (MMSCFD).

This achievement is lower than that set in the 2024 State Budget of 5,785 MMSCFD, and is lower than that set in WP&B of 5,443 MMSCFD.
