The Ministry Of PUPR Targets The Construction Of 36 Ministerial Houses In IKN To Be Completed By The End Of 2024

JAKARTA - The Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) through the Infrastructure Development Task Force of the Capital Archipelago or IKN targets the construction of 36 landed houses of ministerial positions in the archipelago, East Kalimantan to be completed by the end of 2024.

"If it is in accordance with the contract, it will actually be around October or November it will be completed," said Head of the IKN Infrastructure Development Task Force Danis Sumadilaga in Jakarta, quoted from Antara, Friday, July 26.

The Ministry of PUPR has now completed the construction of 14 of the 36 landed housing units of ministerial positions at IKN.

A total of 14 ministerial houses that have been completed consist of four units in Persil 104 and 10 units in Persil 105.

A total of 14 ministerial houses are ready to be occupied to support the celebration of August 17, 2024.

The ministers of the Advanced Indonesia Cabinet who have occupied the landed house of ministerial positions at IKN are Minister of PUPR Basuki Hadimuljono and Minister of Transportation Budi Karya Sumadi.

The construction of a ministerial house in the capital city of Nusantara (IKN) is in accordance with the concept of compact city.

Houses with the concept of compact city generally emphasize environmental planning that is integrated with several principles, such as land efficiency, accessibility, and a sustainable lifestyle.

The minister's house in IKN has a land area of about 1,000 square meters with a building area of about 500 square meters, and consists of two floors.

The Ministry of PUPR is currently completing the construction of 36 ministerial houses in IKN which are divided into two areas, namely Persil 104 and Persil 105.

The Ministry of PUPR is also trying to maximize the use of existing land and minimize felling trees, so that the environment remains green.

There are two house designs built at KIPP IKN, namely 11 units of downslope type and 25 units of upslope type.

Construction of house construction is also carried out in parallel to landscapes in the field and workers also plant greening trees and organize pedestrian pedestrians around the construction site so that the environment remains green and shady so that it is comfortable to live in.
