Prabowo Subianto Leaves Two Important Messages In The Implementation Of Free Nutrition Eating Programs

JAKARTA - The Prabowo-Gibran Synchronization Task Force for Communication, Hasan Nasbi, said that the Government of the President and Elected Vice President Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka left two important messages before the implementation of its flagship program, namely the free nutritious eating program must meet two conditions that must be met.

Hasan said that all the formulas that will be produced later at the end of the pilot project must meet these two requirements, namely the standard nutritional adequacy that has been determined by the Nutritionists and must be optimized by the number of beneficiaries.

Therefore Hasan said that his party had not yet determined the budget per portion for the program because the pilot project was currently being carried out.

"So there is no conclusion, including the price. All the formulas that will be produced later at the end of the Pilot Project must meet the two things that were nutritional adequacy and must be as many people as possible who receive benefits," he added at a press conference in Jakarta, Sunday, July 21.

Hasan added that the trial of the program had been carried out on elementary, junior high, high school and pregnant women. This was done to find out what to do, repair and anticipate when the Prabowo-Gibran flagship program was implemented.

Hasan said free nutritious food pilot projects have been spread throughout the provinces in Indonesia and one service unit can fulfill around 3,000 individuals.

"This is one service unit for 3000 students and only one province, right. So one service unit is 3,000 (students) now. There is more than that," he said.

However, Hasan is still reluctant to divulge when the program will actually be implemented and budgeted per portion. This is because his party is conducting a pilot project that has been spread throughout Indonesia.

"As for the budget, how much is the price, I can't leak it because it's semi-nimal, maybe we should avoid interference from this research," he explained.

However, Hasbi emphasized that the pilot project that is being run is not funded by government instruments, namely the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBN).

For information, the Government has prepared a budget of IDR 71 trillion for the Free Nutrition Food program in the 2025 State Revenue and Expenditure Budget Draft (RAPBN). Meanwhile, Free Nutrition Food (MBG) is the mainstay program of the Presidential and Vice President Elect Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka.
