IDX Sets Commissioners, This Is A New Formation For The 2024-2028 Period

JAKARTA - The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) officially announced the ranks of new commissioners for the period 2024 to 2028. This was agreed upon at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) held by the IDX on Wednesday, June 26.

In addition, the honorarium for members of the Board of Commissioners of the Company for the 2024-2028 term of service is the same as the previous honorarium of the Board of Commissioners.

Furthermore, the shareholders agreed to the Company to provide service fees for members of the Company's Board of Commissioners for the 2020-2024 term of service which ended his term of service.

Meanwhile, the shareholders approved the appointment of members of the Company's Board of Commissioners for the 2024 2028 term:

President Commissioner : NurhaidaCommissioner : Yozua MakesCommissioner : Mohamad Oki RamadhanaCommissioner : Karman PamuraardjoCommissioner : Lany Djuwita

For previous information, Nurhaida served as Deputy Chair of the Financial Services Authority for the 2017-2022 period, currently serving as Independent Commissioner of PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM).

Meanwhile, Yozua Makes is a member of the Supervisory Board and Chairman of the Ethics Committee from the Indonesia Investment Authority (INA).

Meanwhile, Mohamad Oki Ramadhana, who currently serves as President Director of PT Mandiri Sekuritas who represents representatives of exchange members (AB).

Furthermore, Karman Pamurahardjo who is the Director of PT Profindo Sekuritas Indonesia.

Finally, Lany Djuwita who is the Director of PT Saratoga Investama Sedaya Tbk (SRTG) who will carry out his duties as a representative commissioner of the issuer.
