Allianz Life And Dhuafa Wallet Collaborate To Distribute Sacrificial Animals To Various Regions

JAKARTA - PT Asuransi Allianz Life Syariah Indonesia (Allianz Syariah) collaborated with Dompet Dhuafa to distribute sacrificial cattle to various regions in remote areas of the country, especially the eastern part of Indonesia, through the Sacrificial Animal Distribution (THK) program.

"Through the distribution of sacrificial animals to areas in need, we always want to share a kind that strengthens and provides benefits for the people of Indonesia," said Allianz Syariah President Director Achmad K. Permana in his statement, quoted from Antara, Tuesday, June 18.

He said that the distribution area of sacrificial animals in the program includes lagging behind, leading, and outermost (3T) Indonesia.

According to him, the implementation of the sacrificial activity is in line with the principles in sharia insurance applied by the company, namely to help each other.

"With more people who benefit from the good that we spread, we hope that we will continue to be able to establish ties of friendship and ukhuwah between each other within a wider reach," said Achmad.

Chairman of the Dompet Dhuafa Foundation Management Ahmad Juwaini said that this year the implementation of the THK program was carried out in South Central Timor Regency, East Nusa Tenggara, South Konawe Regency, Southeast Sulawesi, and South Buru Regency, Maluku.

He said that the cooperation between his party and the insurance company had been established since 2017 through the waqf fund management program from insurance compensation and investment benefits.

In addition, the two parties also collaborated in distributing the Allianz Syariah micro life insurance product policy, namely Sekoci Amana, to beneficiaries of Dompet Dhuafa programs.

"Alhamdulillah, this time Allianz Syariah again gave the mandate to Dompet Dhuafa to expand its benefits with synergy through the Spread of Sacrificial Animals. I think this is a good step as a form of triggering an extension to spread kindness," said Ahmad.
