Jasa Marga Records Traffic Volume On A Number Of Toll Roads Outside Java To Increase Ahead Of Eid Holidays

JAKARTA - PT Jasa Marga Tbk (JSMR) noted that a number of Jasamarga Nusantara Tollroad Regional Division (JNT) toll roads experienced an increase in traffic volume (traffic) in a number of toll roads outside Java Island ahead of the long holiday Eid al-Adha 1445 H for the period 15 to 18 June 2024.

On Friday, June 14, on the Medan-Kualanamu-Tebing Tinggi Toll Road, 15,159 vehicles passed, or an increase of 11.3 percent compared to the daily normal traffic volume in 2024 of 13,619 vehicles, according to an official statement in Jakarta, Saturday.

Then, for the Belawan-Medan-Tanjung Morawa Toll Road, 87,577 vehicles passed, or an increase of 3.9 percent compared to the daily normal traffic volume in 2024 of 84,274 vehicles.

Then, an increase in traffic also occurred on the Balikpapan-Samarinda Toll Road, which recorded 12,371 passing vehicles, an increase of 16.3 percent compared to the daily normal traffic volume in 2024, which was 10,641 vehicles.

For the Nusa Dua-Ngurah Rai-Benoa Toll Road, I recorded 55,554 passing vehicles, or an increase of 19.9 percent compared to the daily normal traffic volume in 2024, which was 46,350 vehicles.

Senior General Manager of Jasamarga Nusantara Tollroad Regional Division Truly Nawangsasi appealed to to toll road users to anticipate the long holiday period of Eid al-Adha well.
