Pertamina Patra Niaga Boss Admits He Can't Distinguish Elpiji From Official Agents And Oplosan Results

JAKARTA - President Director of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, Riva Siahaan admitted that it was difficult to distinguish between LPG from official and mixed agents.

"To distinguish it until now requires special effort to distinguish which ones have left the official agent and which ones have come from the voting," he said in a Hearing Meeting with Commission VI of the Indonesian House of Representatives, Wednesday, June 12.

Riva said that the supervision of LPG was actually carried out by regularly verifying by cooperating with the Directorate General of Oil and Gas (Ditjen Migas).

Riva jug said that actually LPG cylinders originating from agents have a special sigl as a differentiator.

"Right now it's very difficult to tell the difference," added Riva.

Previously in this meeting, a member of Commission VI of the PDIP faction, I Nyoman Parta, highlighted the rampant practice of mixing gas in Bali, including recently there was an LPG member who exploded and caught fire in Denpasar Bali.

Nyoman asked Pertamina to immediately take action against the perpetrators of the 3 kg LPG gas supply which is widely carried out in Bali.

Moreover, he said, recently there was an explosion in Bali that killed 3 people and 11 of them were injured by more than 80 percent.

"I have conveyed the location to the perpetrator. I sent it to Pertamina but there was no follow-up. Subsidy gas entered the wrong place, it was mixed for crime. Even people who do not have the right to use gas 3," explained Nyoman.

For this reason, he invited Pertamina Deputy Director Wiko Migantoro to bring the Oil and Gas Task Force to Bali to review the complaints that had been made previously.

"Please bring the oil and gas task force to Bali. I will give you the location," concluded Nyoman.
