Meeting With The DPR, AHY Reports Budget Absorption Of His Ministry In 2023 Reaches 97.56 Percent

JAKARTA - Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) reported the performance of his ministry to Commission II of the DPR RI. Based on his report, the budget absorption of the Ministry of ATR/BPN is almost perfect, reaching 97.56 percent in 2023.

"Based on the Budget Implementation List (DIPA) for the 2023 fiscal year, the budget allocation for the ATR/BPN ministry is IDR 8.07 trillion. The realization achievement is IDR 7.87 trillion or 97.56 percent," said AHY during a Working Meeting (Raker) with Commission II of the DPR RI in Jakarta, Tuesday, June 11.

AHY revealed that Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) was recorded to exceed the target set in 2023.

The realization reached IDR 3.05 trillion or 121.89 percent of the target of IDR 2.5 trillion.

In addition, AHY explained, the Ministry of ATR/BPN until the end of 2023 has realized 10 programs and activities that are national priorities.

"Of the 10 programs and activities, three programs are in accordance with the target, including access reform, 100 percent realization, 100 percent added value zone map, and 100 percent realization of customary land data," he said.

Then, AHY reported that five other programs exceeded the target. First, the approval document for the substance of district/city RDTR with the realization reached 116.98 percent. Second, the thematic map of land and space with the realization of 143.29 percent.

Third, a land plot map for Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) with a realization of around 101.87 percent.

Fourth, P4T data and information (control, ownership, use and use of land) with the realization reaching 100.16 percent.

While the fifth program is the handling of disputes, cases, conflicts and land crimes whose realization reached 120.32 percent.

"There are two programs that are close to achieving the target, namely the redistribution decree with a realization of 98.15 percent and the PTSL land rights certificate with a realization of 96.24 percent," he added.
