JAKARTA - The Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs (Kemenkop UKM) proposed an additional budget of IDR 665 billion for next year.

Teten said the proposed additional budget would be used to improve the implementation of the ministry's activity program.
"We plan to propose an additional Rp665 billion budget which will be allocated for program implementation or activity to increase target targets," he said.
He added that in efforts to develop and guide cooperatives, MSMEs and entrepreneurship, a budget of IDR 634.4 billion was needed.
Then, the additional budget is also for projected salary allocation and employee allowances in 2025, of which a total of 1,103 employees of the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs are.
A total of 1,103 people consisted of 833 existing employees and 270 proposed recruits for new employees, CPNS and PPPK.
"So there is an estimated budget shortage of Rp. 30.58 billion," he said.
