JAKARTA - President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) conducted a groundbreaking of the National School Nusantara Bina building in the capital city of Nusantara (IKN), East Kalimantan, today.

According to him, the presence of Bina Bangsa School at IKN shows the government's serious commitment to providing various supporting facilities at IKN, including presenting a world-quality international education institution. "I hope that the National School Nusantara Bina with a reputation and long track record in the field of education can organize world-class education in IKN, promote high-class global education in IKN and provide quality education choices for IKN residents who come from various regions, countries and backgrounds," he said.

Furthermore, Jokowi also advised that Bina Bangsa School could provide space to introduce local wisdom values, respect cultural diversity and strengthen brotherhood and unity.
