Sido Appears To Divide IDR 540 Billion Dividend

JAKARTA - PT Industri Jamu Dan Farmasi Sido Muncul Tbk (Sido Muncul or SIDO) plans to hold a corporate action in the capital market through the distribution of Cash Dividends to its loyal shareholders. This is in accordance with the results of the Annual GMS on May 15, 2024.

The Annual GMS has been agreed to distribute Cash Dividends for the period of the 2023 financial year. The amount of dividends to be distributed is IDR 540 billion or IDR 18 per share.

Previously, SIDO had distributed interim dividends of IDR 12.6 per share or IDR 378 billion on November 20, 2023. Thus, in total, SIDO disbursed cash dividends of IDR 918 billion (IDR 30.6 per share) or around 96.56 percent of the net profit for the 2023 financial year amounting to IDR 950.64 billion.

For information, Cum and Ex are regular market dividends and negotiated markets on 27 and 28 May 2024. Meanwhile, Cum and Ex are cash market dividends on 29 and 30 May 2024.

The Register of Shareholders has the right to divide or record date on May 29, 2024, so that if the remaining cash dividend payment liner of IDR 18 per share runs, it will be realized on June 6, 2024.
