Hutama Karya Operates Toll Road Of Fifty-Kisaran Starting May 15, 2024

PT Hutama Karya (Persero) operates the Indrapura-Kisaran Toll Road Section Fifty-Kisaran starting May 15, 2024, at 07.00 WIB, for free.

The operation of the Limapuluh-Kisaran Toll Road is after the Ministerial Decree (Kepmen) of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) Number 913/KPTS/M/2024 concerning the Determination of the Operation of the Indrapura-Kisaran Toll Road Section Fifty-Kisaran.

Executive Vice President (EVP) Corporate Secretary Hutama Karya Adjib Al Hakim, in Medan, Tuesday, May 14, said this toll road facility was in accordance with minimum service standards (SPM).

This toll road section has passed the function-worthy test (ULF) agenda from February 29 to March 1, 2024 and has received a Certificate for Operational Eligibility (SLO) on March 28, 2024.

"To ensure that the quality of toll roads and services are guaranteed, previously training and simulations have been carried out on officers which include safety aspects, road traffic management, road facilities, complementary buildings, operations and administration as well as related to security, excellent service, emergency handling, and others to as many," he said, quoted by Antara.

Even though it has not paid, his party urges toll road users to continue to prepare electronic money (EU) for tapping at toll gates.

Adjib explained that toll road users are required to tap using an electronic money card because this toll road is an Indrapura-Kisaran Toll connection that has been operating since November 10, 2023, which has been effective.

By operating the toll road, Hutama Karya also appealed to all road users to drive in accordance with the rules and regulations that apply on toll roads.

Driving at a minimum speed of 60 km/hour and a maximum of 100 km/hour and not using the shoulder of the road except in an emergency and being asked to immediately rest at the nearest resting place if you feel sleepy to immediately report to the Indrapura-Kisaran Toll Call Center and monitor all information on Hutama Karya's social media.
