JAKARTA - PT Hillcon Tbk (HILL) at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) agreed to distribute cash dividends worth IDR 35 per share or equivalent to IDR 103.19 billion.

President Director Hillcon Hersan Qiu explained that the remaining net profit in 2023 of the company of 70.61 percent or Rp247.88 billion was allocated as retained earnings.
He explained that HILL kept promises related to dividend distribution as in the Initial Public Offering (IPO) prospectus, which the company's IPO pospectus said would distribute cash dividends to shareholders in a maximum of 30 percent of the net profit for the financial year concerned, starting from the 2022 financial year.
