Bright Prospect Of WIFI Subsidiary, Ready To Boost Telekomunikasi Business Expansion

JAKARTA - A subsidiary of PT Solusi Sinergi Digital Tbk (WIFI), namely PT Integration Network Ecosystem (IJE), managed to get a Corporate Rating with an idA- rating.

This was announced by PT Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia (PEFINDO) in early May 2024. The rating reflects the quality of infrastructure, customer diversification, and conservative capital structure of IJE, which supports the assessment.

This also indicates that the Company has a strong ability to fulfill its long-term financial commitments. IJE plans to issue debt securities instruments this year to support the need for connectivity business expansion.

By the end of 2023, IJE has built and operated a 6,927 km fiber optic infrastructure on the island of Java, which includes rail lines, provincial roads, and toll roads. In the same year, IJE posted revenues of IDR 195 billion and EBITDA of IDR 142 billion, demonstrating the effectiveness of stable and sustainable business strategies and growth.

For this year, IJE targets a net income of IDR 400 billion, which will be contributed from various business lines including core rental, bandwidth capacity sales, and Edge Data Center (EDC) optimization owned by the Company.

In addition, Surge (WIFI) through IJE continues to strengthen its position in the telecommunications industry through various strategic partnership projects, both with national and global telecommunications companies.

This collaboration not only expands business reach but also strengthens the company's long-term growth foundation.
