JAKARTA - The Sydney Build Expo is expected to be an opportunity for Indonesian construction industry players to show off their products abroad.

This opportunity was taken by PT Tata Metal Lestari (Tatalogam Group) as one of the largest Zinc Aluminum armored producers in Indonesia.

For this reason, he said, PT Tata Metal Lestari's participation in the Sydney Build Expo is expected to be an opportunity to strengthen the presence of Indonesian products in the Australian construction and building markets.

Stephanus added that the issue of sustainability at the Sydney Built Expo this year is still one of the important focuses that must be presented.

As is known, with the Net Zero Emission target in 2050, the government and people in Australia are increasingly aware that development must now prioritize environmental sustainability, from raw materials to construction.

For this reason, PT Tata Metal Lestari presents 3 of their flagship armored steel products, namely Nexalume, Nexium, and Nexcolor.

The product, which has pocketed the Green Label level gold certificate, is expected to meet construction needs in the country. In addition to having green standards, these three products have also passed the standard test in Australia (Australian Standard/SA), ASTM (American Standard Testing and Material), JIS (Japanese Industrial Standard), and SNI (Indonesian National Standard Standards).

In order to compete in the global market, a product must of course have predetermined standards. For PT Tata Metal products such as the Nexalume, Nexium, and Nexcolor itself, they currently meet the established standards, ranging from green or green label standards to other feasibility standards set by a country such as the Standard Australian, ASTM, JIS, and SNI, "explained Stephanus.

He explained that the Nexalume is 55 percent of armored zinc aluminum alloys processed with the Continuues Coting Line engine which provides steel with a very powerful layer of protection from corrosion.
